Professor Wang Han, male, born in 1963, from Changge City, Henan Province, Professor and Vice President of Northwest University of Political Science and Law, and doctoral supervisor in International Law at Jilin University.

Wang graduated from the Department of Political Science, Northwest Normal University, with a Bachelor Degree of Laws in June, 1984. He graduated from Northwest University with a master degree of Laws (International Law) in June, 1987. In 1995, Wang was enrolled in Law School, Wuhan University, learning from famous international jurist Professor Han Depei. He obtained his doctoral degree in International Private Law afterwards.
